What are the products you offer? are they brand name pills?

All the medications we stock fall under the category of generic Propecia and are sourced direct from a non EU member state. This is usually India from the largest Indian Pharmaceutical companies who offer the highest possible quality and have to meet strict guidelines on standards and quality control.

What does the term "generic" mean? Do generic medications produce the same effect that the brand name medicines do?

The difference between brand name medicine and  generic is in the name, shape and the price. A generic drug is usually called by the name of the active ingredient while a manufacturer uses a brand name. However, a manufacturer cannot possess a patent for a certain chemical agent, this is why manufacturers of generic medications can legally produce the so-called "generics". They have the exact same chemical makeup and because the active ingredient is identical, they have the same medical effect. Therefor buying a generic medication is great value for money as one pays a lot less but gets the very same product and result.

Why are generic branded medicines so cheap?

Do I need a prescription to order from you?

No, we do not require any prescription from our customers. Our products are shipped directly from non EU member states which under UK law do not require prescription. However we would strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before taking a medication. As with all medication adverse reaction and side affects are a possibility which varies in all individuals.

How do I order from you?

If you wish to order a product from us please do the following:

3. Sign into Pay pal or simply fill in your details on the secure payment page
   
4. Fill in the order information required
5. Check all the fields, pills quantity and press on "Submit" button
6. If the order is accepted you will see the notification on the screen and the order confirmation message will be automatically sent to the email address you specify. This message is very important, in case you do not receive it within 10 minutes, let us know and we will resend it once again.

Is it secure to give my credit card information at your site?

Do you have any discount system?

Yes, we do. Our repeat customers are provided with a "coupon". In case you place a repeat order, this word should be inserted in the "coupon field" and you will have a 5% discount on your purchase. Please note that in case you do not insert the coupon word in the order form the discount is not counted and we will not be able to change that after the order was placed.

What packages do you use? Will I have to sign for the shipment?

Your privacy is extremely for us. Your order will be sent in a plain, discrete envelope that will be left in your mail box. You will not have to sign for it in case the order is sent by Standard Mail (depending on region)

Will my order be shipped the same day I purchase?

What are the shipping methods?

1. All UK orders are sent via first class recorded express delivery with the option of guaranteed special delivery at the flat rate of £5 per order

Can my order be delayed at customs?

No, all orders for delivery in the UK will not be delayed. In the highly unlikely event of a day our customer service team will be on hand to provide a solution. International orders are bound by individual country regulation. Please refer to your government website.

What if the package is damaged or something is missing?
