Propecia Dosage

Follow the directions for using Propecia provided by your doctor and pharmacist. A single 1 mg pill of Propecia is taken once a day, with or without meals. Never take 2 doses at one time.

In Propecia clinical studies, single doses of finasteride up to 400mg and multiple doses of finasteride up to 80 mg/day for three months did not result in adverse reactions. Until further experience is obtained, no specific treatment for an overdose with finasteride can be recommended.

Propecia Side Effects

How Do I Know If Propecia Will Work For Me?

For most men, Propecia will increase the number of scalp hairs in the first year of treatment, helping to fill in thinning or balding areas of the scalp.
